This project proposes a 64-storey mixed-use tower that extends the district’s urban character, integrating commercial space at the podium, offices above, and a hotel at the upper levels. Separate hotel and office entries on Spring Street and the Spring–Lonsdale corner clearly define circulation while responding to surrounding amenities and transport connections.
